Dr. Thomas van Kaldenkerken is a founding partner of TvK Consult. Before TvK Consult, he worked for many years as a strategy consultant and managing partner at OC&C Strategy Consultants. Thomas van Kaldenkerken also managed the restructuring division at Rölfs & Partner as CEO. In addition to his activities as a strategy consultant, he gained experience as COO at Peek & Cloppenburg and as CEO at Schleich.

Today
The TvK Consult team, which now has 15 members, advises customers throughout Europe and has completed many successful projects.

2022
The team of experts is expanded by adding Dirk Rens as Dutch Associate Partner. This step enables TvK Consult to successfully operate internationally.

2021
Start of partnership with private equity boutique Avedon Capital Partners, which entrusts us with advising its exceptional portfolio companies.

2021
The team continues to grow and, due to the considerable size of the team, moves to the still current and spacious office in Meerbusch, where you can visit us today.

2020
After various successful projects, TvK Consult starts building a team of young, talented and ambitious consultants to meet the demand of additional clients.

2019
For the first major consulting project for a well-known chemical company from North Rhine-Westphalia, TvK Consult receives support from freelancers.

2019
Founding partner Dr. Thomas van Kaldenkerken takes on various supervisory board mandates, kickstarting the operational business of TvK Consult.
